Life & Style has the intel on Kate’s regimen and what she’s been doing to maintain her health after giving birth to George Alexander Louis.
– “Kate loves exercise and did lots of swimming and Pilates while pregnant,” an insider revealed to Life & Style. “It’s really helped her lose weight.”
– Breastfeeding also helps; experts estimate it burns about 500 calories a day.
– Kate’s mum (translation: mom) Carole Middleton has “been cooking her daughter healthy, clean, high-protein food,” so that her daughter can be as comfortable as possible in these early months of motherhood.
– As for exercise, Kate’s been keeping it consistent, but not too strenuous. Mainly just yoga and taking walks around the estate garden to stay active.
