Shocker. Where Justin Bieber goes, trouble follows. Correction: Even where Justin Bieber doesn’t go, in the literal, technical sense, trouble still follows.
Case in point: Michigan-Canada border patrol officers seized one of the singer’s tour buses last night for harboring marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
According to Chief Customs and Border Protection Officer Ken Hammond, talking directly to TMZ, the bus was ransacked at Ambassador Bridge—the border between Windsor, Canada and Detroit, Michigan—when a savvy crime dog caught a whiff of illicit substances.
Justin was not on board.
The drugs and related accoutrements were seized on site and the driver was given a citation. The driver in question and the bus passengers were then released without further incident.
This is a popular checkpoint for marijuana-loving celebs and their buses. Rihanna also had similar trouble at this border patrol station in March.
