One man Hells Angel motorcycle gang Justin Bieber has veered off the innocent path. His mom, Pattie Mallette, prefers to stay out of her son’s way altogether, just as everyone else in the world wants to get in front of it—either to slow him down or just watch it all end badly.
His grandmother on the other hand continues to stick by his side and stand up for him, while not necessarily condoning his behavior. For his unique life in the paparazzi and intense media scrutiny.
“It’s totally crazy,” Justin’s maternal grandma Diane Dale said in an interview with CTV Ottowa, a Canadian morning television news program.
“I feel sorry for Justin all the time because paparazzi pick on him all the time.
“Anybody else’s kids [would] have done the same thing,” she said in justification of Justin’s aggression towards photographers and the media, “but nobody says anything.”
Instead of focusing on a international pop star you’ll probably never meet, Diane has a suggestion. “He’s just a 19-year-old boy. And before you criticize him, say, ‘What is my 19-year-old boy doing?”
The two recently reunited at a July 25th concert in Canada at the Canadian Tire Centre, where Diane came to watch her grandson perform.
