It’s the return of the John Travolta sex scandal…

Doug Gotterba—the man popularized by his revealing interview in the National Enquirer—is suing the Grease actor. In the suit, Gotterba claims he never agreed to NOT talk to the press about his supposed relationship with the actor.

According to TMZ, Gotterba says he received a threatening note from Travolta’s courtroom gladiator Marty Singer, who apparently tried to intimidate him with a breach of a confidentially agreement.

Gotterba served as Travolta’s personal pilot from 1981 to 1987, where their relationship apparently extended beyond “just business.”

In the initial story, Gotterba admitted to having a six-year affair with Travolta and accused the 58-year-old actor of playing Pulp Friction with several other male partners and wanted to make a sex tape.

Upon leaving his position, the former pilot does admit that he signed some papers, but remarks that a** is covered because he never signed anything that forbade him from speaking up.

Meanwhile, Singer is adamant that the paperwork Gotterba signed DID, in fact, prohibit him from talking to the Enquirer.

“Mr. Gotterba obviously filed this lawsuit to get his 15 minutes of fame,” said Singer. “We plan to get this meritless case promptly dismissed.”

Singer went as far as to call Gotterba’s suit “ridiculous.”

But the former aircraft steerer insists that he did nothing wrong.

Whether he was out of line or not, Gotterba’s lawsuit is doing little to help this reported nightmare sex streak go away while Travolta weeps in the corner.
