Admitting to the new September issue of InStyle that she’s a romantic (which she calls a bad thing) the pop star says “The hard part is that you never stop believing in love. You never stop. But that’s also the best part. You never stop believing, you never, never give up.”
Well, at least she thinks she’s found love with Casper, calling him a “good” guy.
“The most important quality the man in my life should have is that he is sweet. I like the good guys,” says J.Lo
Lopez also says the key to happiness is mixing work with pleasure, which probably explains why she hired Casper to choreograph her tour. Call it nepotism or call it “finding balance” either way, Casper is one lucky dude.
“Finding balance…you have to know what makes you happy – so your life is what you always dreamed it could be,” says Lopez.
J.Lo also talked about why she’s a survivor or something.
“I live by the mantra that God doesn’t give you anything you can’t handle,” J.Lo tells the mag, “It’s not until something bad or difficult happens that you really get to grow. You realize: there’s no reason to be terrified of things. Either way I’m going to be OK.”
“At this point in my life,” she says, “I’ve learned I can really survive things.”
