Ben Stiller Puts NYC Apartment On The Market

Have you ever wanted to sit on the same toilet that Ben Stiller did. Now you can!

The American funnyman and his wife Christine Taylor have put their New York City apartment on the market. According to reports, the couple is in a hurry to sell, as the asking price is a good chunk lower than what they put into it.

According to the New York Daily News, Stiller has listed the pad through Prudential Douglas Elliman real estate agent Bruce Ehrmann. The asking price is $9.6 million.

Ben and Christine purchased the apartment in 2008 for $10 million. They bought it from Ann Zabar, a member of the NYC-famous Zabar grocery store family.

The five-bedroom apartment is a duplex, located on the upper West Side of the city on the corner of Riverside Drive and West 84th Street.

Layout and design-wise, it’s top-notch. The Roman & Williams firm designed the interior. The renovated apartment has an open (especially for New York) and clean feel. There is a long kitchen, a master suit with cherry walls and silk carpeting, a spa bathroom with mosaic tiles, and a tricked out screening room.

If that’s not enough, spanning views of the Hudson River are featured in nearly every room.

There’s even a private living space for the family maid with a riverfront bedroom, a full bath, laundry room and a private entrance.

Real Estalker broke the news of the listing on Wendnesday.

So, if you're sold (I know I am) you better hurry up and buy, because this “bargain” price isn’t expected to last long and could even attract a bidding war interested buyers.
