Zoe Saldana’s Dieting Advice: \'Skip Your Meals\'

There’s a reason you can’t spell “diet” without DIE.

Slender wood nymph Zoe Saldana had some insider tips for staying fit in Hollywood and it doesn’t involve a pricey personal trainer on your speed dial or eating at Tender Greens every day. In fact, it’s about cutting out those two things entirely and forgetting to count calories all together.

“I mean, I don’t work out a lot, but I like to eat healthy,” she said, adding that when lunchtime comes around, she brushes it off her schedule. “I haven’t had lunch yet…it’s very Hollywood, I know…It’s not the only meal you can skip in one day.

When she does have the urge to eat, she admits that she will “snack,” noting “you can go on for days doing that.”

If it sounds like she’s joking, that’s because she is.

Zoe sat down for a tongue-in-cheek interview on IFC’s “Comedy Bang! Bang!” to parody the lifestyles of the rich and famous, particularly the negative press she gets for her lean figure.
