Early Wednesday morning, Braff's website was hacked with a "coming out" statement that read:
The human mind can only bare so much before it explodes in emotions, and well… it is time to let the world know. I am excited and proud to announce that I am an open member of the homosexual community...

The film is called Swingles, making it his first feature since his 2004 directorial debut Garden State.
The story, which is based on a Duncan Birmingham spec, is about two people whose best friends fall in love, get married, and leave them without their wingman and wingwoman. So, they join forces to help each other find a mate. We see where this is going! Who wants to bet Cameron and Zach’s characters get together in the end. But there could be a surprise in store, since Braff is going as far as re-writing the script as well for his liking!
Cameron will of course play the female lead, while Zach has given himself a supporting role. The male lead has yet to be cast.
We have high hopes for this film! Cameron Diaz is always funny and charming in every role she takes on. And Garden State is one of our favorite films. He can definitely act, and it’s about time he did another movie. We’re sort of over him in Scrubs!

They dated briefly, and ended things last November, but friends of theirs say they're back on. They were spotted recently at a restaurant in LA cuddling.
Zach, who's known for being kind of a playboy, didn't want something as serious as Shiri wanted, but is now working really hard to make it work.
He's so quirky, but something about Zach Braff is so cute that we can see why such cute girls go for him. He has quite the roster of women he's dated…Natalie Portman, Mandy Moore…we'll see if this one sticks!

We all loved Zach Braff on 'Scrubs,' and now he's in negotiations to direct and produce a pilot on Fox called 'Saint of Circumstance'.
The star is David Denman, who played Pam's ex-fiancé on 'The Office'. Denman will play an office worker who quits his dead-end job to become a paramedic on the night shift.
Braff’s brother, Adam, wrote the pilot. There is no start date for the pilot, which is expected to film after the end of the writer’s strike, which has interrupted Braff's acting duties on the final season of "Scrubs."

After a successful seven season run, NBC’s hit TV show “Scrubs” is going off the air. Last night the cast had a farewell bash in Hollywood. From the look os this picture, its obvious that cast-mates Zach Braff and Donald Faison just can’t let go.
It's sad to see the boys go, but no worries were pretty sure you will see "Scrubs" reruns popping up on your screen sometime soon. As for the boys, Braff is currently working on his upcoming flick "Open Heart" and Faison will star in "Next Day Air".

Today the nominations for the 2008 Film Independent’s Spirit Awards were announced. Actor’s Zach Braff and Lisa Kudrow made the announcement for the awards ceremony, which will take lace on Saturday, February 23 on the Independent Film Channel.
What’s special about this award show from the rest is that it represents all the independent films that most award shows seem to disregard. Most of the nominees were selected from 250 submissions. Last year we covered this spectacular event at its cool beach atmosphere in Santa Monica and we must say every big name made an initiative to stop by. To learn about the nominees Click Here .

Rumor has it that there is a new couple in Tinsel town. Zach Braff has been linked to covergirl Drew Barrymore. Didn’t he just start dating some other girl? This guy sure gets around.
The two recently hooked up and spent the weekend in NYC. They didn’t seem to care if anyone saw them because on Saturday, they were hand in hand walking in the city and made their way out to Beauty Bar later on in the night.
Was is it about this guy that’s so appealing? Maybe you guys see something, because I definitely don’t.
