Wilmer Eduardo Valderrama was born on January 30, 1980, in Miami and made his first on-film appearance in a Spanish commercial for Pacific Bell, before being cast in the Disney Channel promo show Omba Makamba (1997). Wilmer then made his film debut in the comedy Summer Catch (2001) alongside the up and coming stars Freddie Prinze Jr. and Jessica Beil.
During his senior year of high school, Wilmer stumbled across his future-breakthrough role as Fez when he was chosen for the pilot. After premiering in 1998, Wilmer gained immediate famed for his consistently funny performances until the show came to an end in 2006.
Also during this time, Wilmer appeared in the comedy Party Monster (2003) with Seth Green and Macaulay Culkin, the family comedy Unaccompanied Minors (2006), hosted the MTV series Yo Momma (2006 - 2007) and starred alongside Val Kilmer in the crime thriller Columbus Day (2008).
Wilmer then made multiple TV guest appearances, including the Disney Channel series Wizards of Waverly Place (2010), the animated series The Cleveland Show (2011) and the USA Network series Royal Pains (2011).
In addition to his acting chops, Wilmer showed off his musical talents with the release of his debut song "The Way I Fiesta" on May 11, 2011. While at the Billboard Latin Music Awards, he announced his Spanish-English debut album would be released in Fall 2012. He also produced and appeared in LMFAO's video for "Sexy and I Know It" and co-directed Omar Cruz' Southern Mississippi fight song "To The Top."
The rising star's most recent projects include, the comedy series Are You There, Chelsea? (2012), Raising Hope (2012), Suburgatory (2012 - 2013), the thriller The Girl Is in Trouble (2012) and the dance comedy School Dance (2013) alongside Kevin Hart.

Wilmer and Lindsay Lohan, 17-years-old at the time, were photographed together around L.A. on several occasions. Dina Lohan claimed Wilmer was Lindsay's "first love." Two weeks after Lindsay made a guest appearance on That 70s Show, the two split up.
