America doesn’t have royalty, but that doesn’t mean we can’t monetize off of England’s Royal family.
Lifetime has produced a TV movie William & Kate and the timing couldn’t be more perfect.
The film will hit the small screen one week prior to the April 29th nuptials of William and Kate followed by a DVD release.
Hollyscoop spoke to the actress who plays Kate’s boss in the film on what we can expect from the Lifetime flick.
“Basically about the whole relationship. When they first meet through the engagement and it’s a love story,” says Laura Wadell.
Laura, who plays Kate’s fashionable boss at Jigsaw, exclaims she can’t wait for the actual wedding on April 29.
“Yes I am really excited being British its kind of its part of our culture its pretty cool,” she tells us.
The movie stars New Zealand actor Nico Evers-Swindell as Prince William, British actress Camilla Luddington as Kate Middleton and Ben Cross as Prince Charles.
In regards to what the atmosphere in England is like Wadell says, “It’s buzzing, these two months to go and everyone’s getting anticipated and everyone loved Diana so they love William.”
"William and Kate" will air on April 18th on Lifetime.
