Will Smith & Tommy Lee Jones In 'Men In Black 3' Trailer

Not to be outdone by his superstar daughter, Will Smith is making a huge return to Hollywood. Smith stars in the upcoming sequel, Men in Black 3, and the first official trailer from Sony Pictures has just been released.

The third movie in the series looks just as entertaining, and possibly even more action-packed, than the first two movies. And you know, we’ve been asking stars like Alessandra Ambrosio and Karina Smirnoff what they do to stay young, but as it turns out, we should’ve been asking Will Smith all along. Because the man has not aged. He could do a remake of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, and it would still be totally believable.

Men in Black 3 has been highly anticipated for a while now, with the original flick hitting the box office 15 years ago. The sequel has Will Smith’s Agent J reuniting with Agent K, played by Tommy Lee Jones. The two team up for their usual alien-fighting adventures.

In the trailer, Agent J finds out Agent K has died 40 years ago (say what?), and he must travel back in time to find him. For some reason, the time travel involves jumping off of the Chrysler Building in NYC. I’m pretty sure in A Brief History of Time, Steven Hawking writes that jumping off the Chrysler Building like Spiderman is the preferred method of time travel.

And rest easy, fans, the latest sequel brings back the iconic imagery of the original—the black sunglasses worn at night, the Neuralyzer, the creepy aliens…they’re all there.

Tommy Lee Jones is in the sequel, of course, and he’s joined by his No Country for Old Men costar, Josh Brolin. Brolin plays a young Agent K.

Jones said of his time filming the movie:

Men in Black is a hell of a lot of fun. I can’t think of any better company than Will Smith or [director] Barry Sonnenfeld. It’s just a pure joy all day, every day.”

Will has managed to remain out of the spotlight recently, aside from brief divorce rumors that surfaced several months ago. Those rumors resurfaced over the weekend, with RadarOnline quoting a source saying: “they’ve been faking it for a long time and they don’t want to live a lie anymore.”

But another source says the rumors are ridiculous:

“Will and Jada are not splitting. They have their issues and struggles like any other couple, but they are not getting a divorce. Will and Jada are also best friends and would go to a marriage counselor way before ending their marriage!”
