Will Smith did not fall off a cliff or die. Fake news site, Fakeawish.com reported that Will Smith fell off a cliff in New Zealand over the weekend while filming a movie. You can rest assured that the Fresh Prince will be appearing on your local movie theater screens during summer blockbusters for the rest of your life.
Twitter users were stressing out over the death hoax news. CooleyTheGhost tweets, “will smith is die say its not tru.” Apparently the news shocked him so much he lost all control of grammar, punctuation and spelling.
Other tweets were attempting to act as reliable news sources, ShaneDeWayne tweets, “Just in: Will Smith is NOT dead. 2Pac is.” ShaneDeWaye knows which celebs are alive and which are dead and he wants everyone to know it. Thanks for the information Shane!
This isn’t the first time that celebrities have been said to have died while falling off a cliff in New Zealand. George Clooney, Tom Cruise, Michael Jackson, Natalie Portman and Jeff Goldblum have all been rumored to have “died” while falling off the same Kauri Cliffs in New Zealand. They all fell to their fake death from the same cliff? Were they all filming the Lord of the Rings together? Ughhh Internetz.
Other celebrities with their own false deaths: Harrison Ford (Yacht accident), Miley Cyrus and Johnny Depp (car accident), Jackie Chan (Heart Attack) Ellen Degeneres, Britney Spears, and Rick Astley (all found dead in hotel room) and Charlie Sheen, Adam Sandler, Eddie Murphy and Owen Wilson (Snowboarding accident in Switzerland).
All those “deaths” are so upper class, such a rockstar way to die. Regular people don’t die in yachting accidents or hotel rooms, sorry Jackie Chan, the public gave you death by heart attack? Awww, time to make another movie with Chris Tucker? Get your celebrity buzz up and maybe the internet will let you fake die in a snowboarding accident too.
