The poster art gets the cartoon treatment as a grizzled looking Will Ferrell wears a cowboy hat with the tagline, "Will Ferrell is Armando Alvarez."
Judging from the trailer alone, this film is a slapsticky homage to classic westerns and telenovelas in this Spanish language. It's an action-comedy and a farce and a Will Ferrell movie all rolled into one.
The movie tells the story of Armando Alvarez (Will Ferrell) who has worked on his dad's ranch in Mexico his role life until the ranch comes...

“I absolutely loathe hydrangeas,” Madonna said to the person next to her, doing her best Queen Elizabeth impression. “He obviously doesn’t know that.”
This guy most likely gave Madonna the flowers, went to cross off an item on his bucket list, and then swam in a pool of his own joyful tears. So this is a pretty huge diss. But Madonna is not alone. Here are five more celebs that have reportedly dissed their fans.
Avril Lavigne: Avril Lavigne denies it, but she supposedly hates that her fans dress like her. She told Newsweek: "They quoted Hilary Duff saying

”There is nothing else going on in this country other than the fervor to shave that beard,” Ferrell joked.
“I turned on the television last night to see if people were talking about it…There were people celebrating at the White House. There were people celebrating in Times Square. Chanting ‘U.S.A.! Shave the beard!’”
Prior to the shaving, Conan O’Brien tweeted:
“Yesterday, we took care of one maniac with a beard. Today, Will Ferrell will take care of another. #Beardpocalypse,"
After Ferrell’s work, Conan had a professional clean his beard up doing the commercial break.
The scruff was nice, but we like clean shaven Coco, too.

Will is set to make a four episode cameo on The Office, but there's a really good chance it may become a temp-to-hire situation.
His four-episode story arc starts on April 14th. He'll play an incompetent Dunder Mifflin branch manager. Sounds familiar.
But when asked if there's a chance he may replace Steve permanently he told the NY Daily News, "That’s a very distinct possibility.”
He added, “It’s looking good!”
If anyone can save the show after Steve leaves, it's Will. They have the same type of humor. He was just named the most overpaid actor in Hollywood, so maybe a transition to TV isn't such a bad idea.
What do you think of Will replacing Steve? Will you tune in?

He was just named the Most Overpaid Actor in Hollywood by Forbes magazine. That can't be good for his rep.
Who else made the list? Couch jumping Tom, Oscar winner Denzel and one leading lady. Check out the list below...
Will Ferrell: Funny man Will Ferrell gets $15 million a movie, but the studios that pay him barely break even. And sometimes they don't even do that! Last year Will stared in Land of the Lost, which cost an estimated $100 million to make and earned only $69 million. Basically for every $1 Will made, the studio only made $3.35. That's no bueno! And we hear he's a major diva on set too!
Eddie Murphy: Two words: Meet Dave. Enough said!
Denzel Washington: Sure he's an Oscar winner, but for some reason people just aren't flocking to the theaters to watch Denzel's movies. He's giving the studio $5.10 for every dollar he makes.
Seth Rogen: He may be hilarious, but the studios aren't laughing about how much return they're getting with Seth. His latest The Judd Apatow-produced film Funny People cost $75 million to make and earned only $71 million at the box office. For every $1 Rogen was paid, his movies earned $6.75.
Tom Cruise: He used to be the biggest movie star on the planet, and then he jumped on Oprah's couch. For every $1 Cruise is paid, his films earned an average $7.20.
Drew Barrymore: Who doesn't love Drew? She's made a few bad choices lately, but overall, Drew's lovely on screen! I'd pay to watch her for two hours. For every $1 Barrymore was paid, her films earned an average $7.45.
Matt Damon: Popeater said it best when they said, "When Matt Damon does a Jason Bourne movie, he's worth every penny. Every other time? Not so much." For every $1 Damon gets paid, his films earn an average $8.30.
Vince Vaughn: Despite the fact that Vince is on this list, you just can't go wrong with him. He's hilarious, and you know you love watching him! For every $1 Vaughn was paid, his films earned $8.35.
Adam Sandler: Adam hit it big with Grown Ups but Funny People ruined his average. For every $1 Sandler was paid, his films earned an average $8.45.
Jim Carrey: The Number 23 and Fun With Dick and Jane are two movies Jim probably wishes he never made. They totally ruined his game! For every $1 Carrey was paid, his films earned $8.60.

Director Adam McKay got our hopes up saying Will Ferrell, Christina Applegate, Paul Rudd, and Steve Carell were all enthusiastic to reprise their roles as the infamous news team. But, like most things in life, it came down to money.
Tina Fey and Steve Carell Re-Teaming for Mail Order Groom
The studio was unable to work out a budget, therefore putting a big red light on pre-production. A very disappointed McKay tweeted the bad news, saying, “So bummed. Paramount basically passed on Anchorman 2. Even after we cut our budget down. We tried. To all who asked: no we can’t do Anchorman 2 at another studio. Paramount owns it.”
We won’t give up hope. Crazier things have happened as a result of Facebook petitions, so let’s start one!

The magazine calculated how much studio bosses earn per dollar paid to the actor, and clearly, they're overpaying Will.
After Will's last few movies bombed at the box office, his rate of return dropped to $3.29 for every dollar he requested as his fee.
While Will was named the most overpaid star, actor Shia LaBeouf was named the "Best Actor for the Buck" making studio's $160 for every dollar he was paid.

The couple, who already has two sons, Magnus, 5, and Mattias, 2, is expecting another boy!
According to Popeater, a source said: “They are thrilled and can’t wait to meet the latest addition to their family. Both boys are excited about being big brothers.”
Can you imagine having Will Ferrell as your father? You'd be the most popular kid in school! Seems like there would never be a dull day at the Ferrell household. But he admits his sons haven't inherited his sense of humor.
He said: "No, they're not funny. They're deadly serious."
Congrats to the happy couple! Can't wait to meet the little one. Check out Popeater for more info!

Well, now it’s closer to becoming a reality. According to the Associated Press, Will is desperate to do a follow-up to the original. He’s been in talks to bring back his character for the sequel.
He said recently, "The odds are good. We're going to talk to all the guys next week - Steve Carrell, Paul Rudd and everybody else - to see if it's feasible to do it, because everybody's at different places right now, with totally different schedules.”
"Hopefully we can start filming in a couple of years."
We don’t like the part about “a couple of years,” but beggers can’t be choosers! Hopefully the whole cast will reunite for this one, and it’ll be worth the wait.
