On Air with Ryan Seacrest premiered Whitney Houston’s final song, “Celebrate” on Monday morning and it's getting a lot of play.
Just four days before her tragic and untimely death, Houston recorded the single, a duet with Jordin Sparks, for their upcoming movie Sparkle. Houston portrays Sparks mom in the film that chronicles the trials and tribulations of a 1960’s girl group who rise to Motown stardom.
The release of the single comes fresh off the Billboard Music Awards tribute to Houston, which included a performance of “I Will Always Love You” by Sparks and Houston’s teary-eyed daughter accepting the Millennium Award on her behalf.
“Celebrate” a dance track, was produced by R. Kelly and can be heard below. Sparkle is set to be released in August.
