Before Whitney Houston tragically passed away on Saturday evening, she reportedly told friends she "really wanted to see Jesus," and she said she "felt like her time was coming."
According to TMZ, Whitney was quoting Bible passages and had several discussions with her family members about the afterlife in the days leading up to her death. She also told them she "felt like her time was coming."
On Friday, the day after Whitney performed, 'Yes Jesus Loves Me' at Tru nightclub in Hollywood, Whitney told one of her friends "I'm gonna go see Jesus…I want to see Jesus."
TMZ reports: "The next morning, hours before her death, Whitney was discussing a bible passage involving John the Baptist and Jesus ... when Houston flashed a big smile and remarked, 'You know, he's so cool ... I really want to see that Jesus.'"
According to another source, Whitney was telling friends she "felt like her time was coming" and she wanted to make sure she spent her time praising God whenever she could.
Meanwhile, Bobby Brown has been reportedly fighting with the Houston family to see his daughter with Whitney, Bobbi Kristina. Sources from Bobby's camp tell TMZ that he hasn't connected with Bobbi Kristina since he arrived in Los Angeles on Sunday night.
Specifically, Bobby blames Cissy Houston, Whitney's mom, who has hated him for years. He's reportedly made several phone calls to try and see his daughter and rushed to LA after hearing that she was hospitalized twice following her mother's death.
