Whitney Houston has been targeted in a $1 million dollar lawsuit by her stepmother over the use of her late father's $1 million life insurance policy.
Barbara Houston claims Whitney kept the proceeds from her father John's insurance fund after he died in 2003 and Barbara didn't see a single penny.
According to court documents filed in Newark, New Jersey, Whitney was supposed to use $723,000 to pay the mortgage on her father's property in Fort Lee, and the rest was supposed to go to Barbara.
Whitney ended up keeping all the money and didn't make a single mortgage payment, nor did she send Barbara anything. That's what you get for trusting a crackhead Babs.
Whitney's lawyer has refused to comment on the story, but Babs is taking the washed up singer to court to get try to get some money out of her. If Whitney even has any. We'd be surprised if she's even making payments on her own house.
