According to our source, right after Whitney left rehab with a successful run unlike in the past, she seeked advice with several professionals including her career mentor Clive Davis, who all insisted that the only way she could get a comeback is if she drops her good for nothing husband.
Whitney who was all smiles in public when she appeared at the star-studded Ella Awards in Los Angeles with Clive Davis, looked healthy and had put on some weight in comparison to her twig like figure before entering rehab.
Although there are reports that Whitney is said to be "shellshocked and distraught" that the 14-year marriage couldn’t be saved, she knows this is the best thing for her.
