Bobby Trying to Milk Whitney

Just as Whitney Houston is getting her life together, Bobby Brown thought it would be a good idea to screw it up again.

Houston is being sued by ex-husband Bobby Brown as he is seeking to change the custody terms with their daughter, Bobbi Kristina.

In the court papers he claims he wasn’t able to file a response to the Whitney’s petition because he was "strapped for cash during this time and could not afford to hire a lawyer."

Besides seeking custody, he also wants spousal support and child support for their daughter. He is basically trying to milk Whitney for as much as he can. In the papers he claims that he has been homeless at times since the divorce.

A court date for Bobby's new case has set for June 15.

Okay if he is "homeless" do you think a judge will actually grant you custody of your daughter? Um HELLO where would you all live? and Why would a judge take her out of a home (literally speaking) just so she can go live homeless with you....Bobby has too many mental problems for me.

Hahaha, Bobby's musical career died with the dawn of the 90's. Whitney's was heating up and their marriage and her success was the only reason he stayed on the map.

i think bobby brown needs to get a life he can't even pay for his own other kids support and he's trying to mooch off whitney money to cover his own finace and he's just using his own child to do so i hope the judge throws his case out and bobby.
