Yes, Britney did get implants. But I think Jessica has had a little more help with that body. Either way I think they both look good and are doing there best. You go girls!! If I could I would.

Jess's face is hard, masculine. Maybe a nose job would help. Brit got implants early in her career, after her first hit and before she started touring.
