Wanda Sykes Is a Mom of Twin Babies!

Wanda Sykes is enjoying life as a mom to two twin babies! Her rep just confirmed the news today, saying that Wanda and her wife Alex welcomed the twin girl and boy on April 27th.

Alex gave birth to Olivia Lou, who weighed in a 6lbs., 7 oz., and Lucas Claude, 7lbs., 9 oz. Their rep tells People, “All are happy and healthy and at home.”

Despite a very busy household, Wanda had time to sneak off to Washington to host the annual White House Correspondents’ Dinner.

Wanda and Alex have been together since 2006, but it was only last November when Wanda decided to officially come out at a same-sex marriage rally against Proposition 8. Wanda and Alex were married on Oct. 25th, 2008. The twins are the first children for the couple.
