Victoria Beckham is reportedly going to make her acting debut (in a film) thanks to her good buddy Tom Cruise. Not only has Tom Cruise asked Posh to act in the movie, he has also asked her to design the costumes for the new Hardy Men movie.

Victoria was extremely excited when Tom surprised her at her birthday party. Posh also appeared on 'Ugly Betty' earlier this year.

This just goes to show you that it definitely does pay to have friends in high places. Where do we sign up?

Why not make one of those life story bio-pics about her, telling about her futile but heroic lifetime struggle and battle to beat constant mediocrity! She can play herself!

A Walter Mitty type movie would be more apt! Movie studio costume designer? What credentials, years of experience, qualifications and repute does she have in that field especially when you consider that her new 'career' came at the speed of the tossing of a coin, totally unexpected and out of the blue overnight!

ok..you've got the very wrong info here Hollyscoop! Posh is not going to act in TomCruise's movie..she's only being ask to make outfit for his movie! as for the acting..the rumor now is that Posh's going to act in a movie version of a British tv series, alongside a British actor..in other words - she's probably going to act in a British movie, not Tom's!
