Victoria Beckham has been ordered to plump up for the 'Spice Girls' upcoming tour. She was asked to eat five meals a day in an effort to gain some much-needed weight.
A source tells British newspaper the Daily Mirror, "She isn't too happy about the plan but understands that it's necessary if she's to stay healthy and not burn out over the coming months."
Posh will be on a spinach-rich diet to increase her energy and stamina. I can see her throwing a hissy fit over this and buying a dog just so she can feed him her food under the table.
