Victoria Beckham has made it to America and she is doing the pr rounds to make sure everyone knows that she has arrived. This morning she spoke to Ryan Seacrest on his radio show live from Carson California, where her husband David Beckham is going to be officially introduced as a Galaxy player.
Victoria addressed the big welcome she and her hubby received at LAX. She said, “It was incredible we know that people kind of have an idea of who we are here in America, we weren’t expecting anything like that. Victoria mentioned that the paps were very kind and they were all cheering…Welcome to America…it was a fantastic welcoming.”
Victoria mentioned that she made sure her kids exited the airport from a secret location, because they want to protect their privacy. Victoria also mentioned that their kids think they are moving to Disneyland.
Posh definitely showed another side to her, mentioning how she has a “British dry sense of humor” and she’s not a fat cow. Fat cow in her definition means she’s not a stuck up, miserable robot as people perceive her to be. We totally dig the sense of humor Viki.
About her stay in America, Victoria said that David’s contract ends in 5 years. However she loves this country and believes it’s a great place to raise her kids and might think twice about moving back to Europe.
About the sudden attention in the U.S. Posh says, “people will be interested in us at the moment, because were new, at some point they will see we are boring”. Don’t expect to see Viki hitting the posh clubs here in L.A. because she and David are home bodies. Well if the Becks ever decide to go out to dinner, we would love to baby-sit their baby Beckhams.
