Usher canceled his wedding to Tameka Foster. Now everyone is wondering who, what, where, when and why?
People are talking and pointing fingers to Usher's mother Jonetta Patton. We did mention that Jonetta hasn’t give her seal of approval for her sons bride, who is a mother of three, 9 years his senior and is expecting Usher’s baby this fall. Jonetta who was recently fired as Usher’s manager was invited last minute to the nuptials.
Another source reveals that the wedding was rushed by Usher and Tameka. They decided two weeks ago to have a wedding and wanted to have it take place before the baby bump started showing. The wedding planning caused a
rift between Usher and Tameka. Usher wanted a posh wedding with renowned chef Jean Georges to cook a feast, while Tameka wanted a casual BBQ. As a result of the differences, the wedding "was on again off again for the past few days. [Foster] was calling it off because she wasn't getting the things that she wanted.
The mother was calling it off.... Usher was calling it off."
Guest such as Beyoncé, Jay Z, Ashanti, Nelly, Janet Jackson and Jermaine Dupri were told last minute that the wedding was over. Usher's godfather, Broadway star Ben Vereen, had been removed from the guest list because of his view towards the bride.
We are happy the drama is over now, because if the wedding did take place Usher would be singing “Yeah Yeah” straight to divorce court.
