Usher and his estranged wife Tameka Foster have been living apart for over a year, but somehow she was still surprised when he filed for divorce.
Usher claims the couple have been separated since July 2008, while Tameka claims they were intimate as recent as June 2009.
According to the Daily Press, Foster says in court documents filed Monday in Fulton County Superior Court that she "had every reason to believe her marriage was intact" and that two were "intimately together as husband and wife as recently as June 6."
When Usher filed for divorce on June 12th, he said the marriage was "irretrievably broken."
How could there be a 1 year discrepancy in their stories? You're either intimate or you're not. Usher has been spending a lot of time in Las Vegas, while Tameka has stayed in Atlanta with their two sons.
