British singing sensation is set to make her first U.S. television appearance on an upcoming episode of Ugly Betty.

TV Guide reports that Adele will portray herself in the episode entitled The Stars. So of course that means she’ll be singing! According to an ABC press release, she’ll be performing at a photo shoot overseen by Betty, Marc and Matt that “culminates into a surprise wedding.”

There’s no doubt that TV stars have just gotten sexier over the years. And thankfully TV Guide has compiled a list of the steamy celebs that we tune into each and every week.

In this year’s TV Guide Magazine’s annual list of TV’s Sexiest Stars, Simon Baker and Eva Longoria take top honors. Simon, of the show The Mentalist, says, “My kids will really have a laugh, I’m sure. When I’m home, I’m basically a piece of furniture.”
According to Ugly Betty’s Mark Indelicato, the cancellation rumors are “total baloney.”

Mark spoke hollyscoop.com during the Mercedes-Benz fashion Week and said, “People just take things and they blow it completely out of proportion. Ugly Betty is not being canceled.”

In fact, “We are coming back in May on Thursdays for sweeps. That’s happening for sure,” Mark says.

Although, Mark (who plays Justin on the show) admits that even he “got really scared for a moment.”...
The Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) has just announced their nominees for the 17th Annual GLAAD Media Awards.

The show recognizes excellence in promoting diversity in media and entertainment. And this year’s recipients include Milk, Brideshead Revisited, Shelter, True Blood, Brothers & Sisters, Ugly Betty, Greek, Desperate Housewives, Torchwood, Skins, and Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List.

ABC received the most nominations this year, for promoting diversity in its lineup.
