Daytime Emmys Snub The View

The nominees for the 36th Annual Daytime Emmys have been announced, and a certain Barbara Walters may not be very happy about it!

The View, which is always a part of the competition, has been snubbed as a Best Talk Show nominee. But it’s not all bad news for the girls—all five of them will be competing together for Best Host against Ellen Degeneres, Rachael Ray, and Regis and Kelly.

Elisabeth Hasselbeck Stirs The Palin Pot Again

Today’s episode of The View got interesting again! It’s been so dull since the election, but before that every day was a cat fight just waiting to happen.

Things got heated during Hot Topics today when Whoopie introduced a PSA Ashley Judd just did, slamming Sarah Palin for supporting the killing of wolves in Alaska. Kathy Griffin is No Longer Banned from the View

The ban has been lifted for Kathy Griffin. She’s now allowed to be a guest on The View once more.

Last year around this time, executive producer Bill Geddie told the ginger she couldn’t appear on the show because she was too mean to Barbara during her stand-up routines. And this was at a time when Kathy was being considered for a co-hosting position!

Barbara Walters to Former Co-Hosts: Get on With Your Lives

Barbara Walters has just had it with old co-hosts living in the past, and not getting over the fact that they were fired from The View. Hint, hint, Rosie…On this morning’s episode, Babs put Rosie O’Donnell (and probably Star Jones) in their place and told them to pretty much move on with their lives. The ladies of The View were at it again! Obviously, it was Elisabeth vs. all the other ladies. We're just sad that the drama might end once the election is over.

Life is gonna be so boring, but then again Elisabeth Hasselbeck will probably find something else to fight about.
