Three years after appearing on ABC's hit how "Bachelorette," Jen Schefft is officially off the market - for good. Jen, 32, and her trader boyfriend, Joe Waterman, 35, met on a blind date earlier this year and really hit it off.
The two are now engaged and planning to tie the knot in Chicago sometime next year.
"I'm so excited and so happy. We really get each other. I guess it's true things move fast when you meet the right person," she told People magazine.
As you might expect, Joe is banned from giving his future bride any red roses until further notice.
