Oscar Commercial Prices Hit All Time High

Now that the writer's strike is over, the Oscars are a hot commodity again. 30-second commercials for the big show are fetching up to $1.7 million dollars, which is an all time high for the award show.

ABC gave GM motors a big exclusive, no other automobile company will be advertising during the big show. Not only will they be buying up commercials, 75 of their "environmentally friendly" vehicles will be shuttling celebrities to the red carpet.
