James Van Der Beek is heading back to television! He’ll be back in his old hood of Wilmington, North Carolina to shoot an episode of
One Tree Hill. According to reports, James will play a director who’s interested in making a movie out of Chad Michael Murray’s novel on the show. Sounds exactly like his character on Dawson’s Creek!
One Tree Hill executive producer Mark Schwahn, says, "
The specter of Dawson's Creek is always around us. We're about to complete 128 episodes, which is what Dawson's did. So I thought it would be cool to get James."
What would be even cooler is if they got Katie Holmes and Joshua Jackson too!
