Barack Obama did the infamous Top Ten list on Letterman last night, counting down the 10 campaign promises he intends to keep. Somehow i think they won't happen. for instance, he wants to rename the tenth month of the year "Barack-tober."
But you gotta give it to him for the number one promise: "Three words: Vice President Oprah."
