Mario Lopez is returning to
Nip/Tuck this season, but you may not recognize him by his wardrobe choice. We know Mario is no stranger to going shirtless, but he takes it to the next level this time.
Mario reprises his role as plastic surgeon Dr. Mike Hamoui, and dresses in a full-on S&M get-up in a steamy scene with Kimber, played by Kelly Carlson.
