President Barack Obama is taking a quick break from weeding through the mess the economy is in, and appearing on Jay Leno! He’ll reportedly jet out to LA for a day, tape the show, and fly straight back to Washington right afterwards.

Jay Leno may be leaving the late night scene, but his television days are far from over. Rumor has it Jay is eyeing a prime time show of his own after he officially retires from The Tonight Show.

Say adios to Jay Leno because NBC just announced that his last Tonight Show taping will be Friday, May 29. Conan O'Brien will officially take over Jay's time-slot on Monday, June 1.

Jimmy Fallon will take over Conan's seat for the late show in March or April of 2009.

Kathy Griffin Wants to Kill LC from the Hills

Kathy Griffin made a pit stop on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno last night where she expressed her hatred for The Hills and Lauren Conrad in particular. She basically asked Jay if it was illegal for her to say she wanted to kill LC, to which Jay replied "I think she's the only exception."

Talk show king Jay Leno is still under fire by Gay Rights activists for asking Ryan Phillippe to give him his "gayest look" during an interview back in March 08.
