There’s a new show coming to Fox that’s going to knock your socks off. It’s called
Glee, and it’s part
30 Rock, part
High School Musical, and part
90210.
The show centers around Will Schuester, a young optimistic teacher, who is determined to revamp the Glee Club at McKinley High, rearranging the current hierarchy of cheerleaders and football players.
This task means transforming the mediocre group into stars who will compete at Nationals. The entire faculty thinks he’s crazy. But when Will recruits the star football player, who can belt out a tune as well as he can score, things begin to change.
Critics are already raving about the show. Tim Stack from EW says, “I have seen the pilot, and I am officially obsessed.” TV Guide reminds us: “Do NOT miss the sneak peek.”
Get ready for these newcomers like Cory Monteith and Lea Michele to blow you away. Even if you’re not into musicals, Glee will leave you wanting more! And as if you needed another reason, Jane Lynch (40 Year-Old Virgin, Talladega Nights) plays Sue, the bitter cheerleading coach.
