Martha Stewart must have been hungry, because she just bought the Emeril franchise. This aquisition includes the cookbooks, television shows, and kitchen products with a combined worth $45 million in cash and $5 million in stock. Martha hopes the deal will increase her ratings. Nice work, but still no Oprah.
