Freddie Prinze Jr. Joins Cast of 24

Freddie Prinze Jr. has landed himself a job. Maybe once he found out his wife Sarah Michelle Gellar was pregnant, he figured it was time to get back to work?

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Prinze is joining the cast of 24 as a series regular next season, playing Davis Cole, a recently returned Marine who runs CTU Field Ops and wants to follow in Jack Bauer’s footsteps.

24 is moving Jack Bauer to New York City. After six seasons in LA and one in D.C., the Fox show is being moved to the Big Apple. Much of the shooting will still take place in LA, but the show will actually be based in NYC. Shooting will begin next month.

Get ready for the upcoming season of 24! Fans like us are excited to learn that Elisha Cuthbert will be rejoining the cast this season as Jack Bauer's daughter. And this time, she's got a daughter of her own!
