The vampires come out to play as they make their debut this season. The premise of the show is about an `undead' private investigator who helps the living, instead of feeding on them, by using his acute vampire senses. His unending ordeal is made more complicated by his attraction to an ambitious reporter and by his bloodsucking bride who forever changed his life 60 years ago with one bite. Tonight Mick searches for a teen vampire who targets female escorts he locates on the Internet; Beth and Mick try to avoid each other after they share a moment of intimacy.
Women's Murder Club @ 9pm
This stylized crime drama is a smart take on 'Sex and the City' meets CSI. Angie Harmon as Lt. Lindsay Boxer is a delight on this show with her gorgeous looks and tough-girl husky voice. Her sidekicks in crime-solving include a perky prosecutor Jill Bernhardt ( Laura Harris), a medical examiner Claire Washburn (Paula Newsome) who brings some necessary mature gravity and a rookie reporter Cindy Thomas (Aubrey Dollar) who's desperate to break into this "club." Tonight Jill goes out on a limb to help a teenage girl whose mother was murdered. Meanwhile, Lindsay considers dating; and Claire tries to restore the spark in her relationship.
Friday Night Lights @ 9pm
FNL is a such a tender drama that leaves tears in your eyes. It has been slow to pick up viewers in previous season's due to the time and slot. But this season has started out at its best. Finally its getting the attention it deserves. And check out John Mayer's new cutie Minka Kelly (Lyla) he's completely smitten with! Watch as street travels to Mexico to learn more about an experimental surgery and brings along a wary Riggins, who seeks Lyla's advice on the matter. Elsewhere, Coach Taylor makes an important decision, and Tyra and Landry feel pressure from the police.
