Talk about a model employee. Ellen DeGeneres hurt her back so badly over the weekend that she's hosting this week's shows from a hospital bed!
Ellen will be interviewing guest stars like Lindsay Lohan and Ryan Seacrest from a supine position. Seacrest is scheduled to be on tomorrow and Lohan will follow on Wednesday.
