According to TMZ, Travis was leaving the restaurant with his kids when he suddenly got into a heated argument with two of the photographers.
Cops were reportedly called to the location, but wouldn't confirm Barker was involved. There were no arrests made, but a vandalism report was taken.
Since the incident, Travis has taken to his Twitter to defend his actions. He wrote: "Bottom line, take photos at red carpets. Take pics of hungry Hollywood starlets and douche bags that are out at clubs and bars that like it ... Bottom line: I don't. I'm not a socialite out begging for that kind of attention. I'm a family man out wit my kids. Don't get the 2 twisted."
TMZ obtained the video, and it’s tough to actually figure out what’s happening! But it’s clear Travis does not appreciate the paparazzi. This seems to be happening more and more frequently. Should a real paparazzi law be put in place?

Barker made a pit stop at the Joseph M. Still Burn Center in Atlanta on Wednesday and met with patients currently being treated there.
He said, "I'm here to say thank you to everyone who took care of me after the accident. I was sort of unconscious the last time I was here, and I felt like I owed them a big thank you."
He added, "Wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for them. Glad I was able to go by and say thank u. I'll never forget them or what they did for me."
Dr. Fred Mullins, who helped treat Barker's wounds, was excited to see the drummer again: "This was a great opportunity for our staff and our patients to see someone who is truly a success story. Travis was gracious with his time today, and his presence was a nice surprise and boost for everyone here."
Barker is now the only survivor from the crash. His good friend DJ AM made it out alive as well but he sadly passed away from a drug overdose in August.

Bassist Mark Hoppus said from the stage: "This night is really hard for us on stage. We lost a dear friend yesterday. His name was Adam Goldstein. You probably know him as DJ AM. He was an innovator and a genius and he loved music more than anything else. Above all he was a dear friend."
The band also asked for a moment of silence as they dimmed the lights to recognize DJ AM. But it was just too hard to go on today, so Blink 182 pulled out of their show.
A statement on their website reads: “Due to circumstances surrounding the unfortunate and untimely passing of our dear friend Adam DJ AM Goldstein, blink-182 will not be playing tonight in Saratoga, NY at SPAC. Performances by Weezer, Taking Back Sunday and Chester French will take place as planned along with some special surprises. We thank all of our fans for their support in this tough time.”
Over the weekend, Barker posted a message on Twitter about the passing of his pal. "I'll never forget everything we've been thru and every time i play the drums i'll think of you," he wrote. "My brother is gone. i love u and miss u, i'll never forget all the good times we had."
Our thoughts are with all of DJ AM’s close friends and family during this difficult time.

"Don't know how I am gonna play 2night but I am for AM," Barker posted on Twitter Saturday night. "My brother is gone. I love u and miss u, I'll never forget all the good times we had."
He continued: "I'll never forget everything we've been through and every time I play the drums, I'll think of you. U were an amazing friend/DJ/human being."
Both Barker and AM survived a plane crash in 2008 that killed four other people.
"Rest in peace, my brother," he Tweeted. "This really f***s me up."
This must be so hard on Barker because they were very close. We hope he stays strong!

Travis, who has joint custody, arrived at the family home with the two children to return them to their mother, and reportedly stared screaming at her.
Life & Style reports, "He started screaming and wouldn't leave the kids with her."
The fight continued to escalate, and the police were eventually called. They eventually had to remove Travis from the property.
The insider says, "Travis wouldn't leave because he wanted Shanna to let his nanny stay with her and the kids, but she refused. Travis refused to go, Shanna called the police. They gave Travis a choice: Leave or get arrested. So he left. But he wasn't happy. He's already twittered about Shanna."
That Twitter leaves little to the imagination: "My babies [sic] mama is a pile of sh*t."
Travis obviously doesn’t trust Shanna with the kids for some reason, but we’re not sure why! We’ve never heard of anything going wrong while the kids are in her care. She and Travis obviously need to come up with a solution so their kids don’t always see them with their claws out!

A source tells Star magazine, "He's registered for the Los Angeles Marathon on May 25. He's been running all over Hollywood, trying to train."
The marathon is 26.2 miles, which is no joke! It takes months and months of training to even be able to compete in the marathon, but we're definitely rooting for him!

Apparently they broke up "after a nasty fight broke out at his house last night and cops were called...[when] Shanna started freaking out and acting irrational," a source tells Us Weekly.
"Travis confronted Shanna about her having an affair with Gerard Butler while he was in the hospital recovering," the source says.
Obviously that confrontation didn't go well because the cops were called. There were no charges filed, but Travis is making it clear as day that he's done with Shanna... for now.
Shanna's rep confirmed: "They did break up but Shanna never cheated on Travis while he was in the hospital. Furthermore, Shanna is tired of playing out their personal relationship in the press."
If Shanna is tired of their personal relationship playing out in the press, maybe she should stop releasing statements through her rep--or blogging about their relationship on her Myspace. We bet they’ll be back together by summer time.

Shanna admits that Travis' near death experience a few months ago played a major part in their reunion.
"We would like to renew our vows and have another wedding," Shanna told Us Weekly.
"It's not so much about the wedding but about having a celebration of each other and getting through all the crazy things we've been through.
She adds, "When you almost lose a loved one, it makes you appreciate things you took for granted."
These two are the modern day Pam and Tommy. It was obvious they still loved each other, even when they were finalizing their divorce. It's always great when couples with small children getting back together.

Learjet released a statement saying, "Learjet alleges that any and all conditions if any there were, were solely a result of the failure to properly maintain and service the aircraft.”
Travis Barker, DJ AM, Still's mother and Baker's widow have all filed wrongful death lawsuits.
Learjet responded by saying that the damages suffered by the plaintiffs were "either excessive, exaggerated, unreasonable, speculative, inflated or otherwise unnecessary and/or unrelated to the alleged incident."
Spokesman for the National Transportation Safety Board Peter Knudson tells People magazine, "It is far too early to say who or what is to blame for the crash.” He also mentioned that these investigations can take up to a year.
But Travis Barker's lawyer Walter J. Lack is retaliating against the company, saying, "Learjet's lawyers get paid by the hour to regurgitate stock paragraphs from word processing programs in every case they're involved in. This case is no exception."
It’s such a sad situation, and its terrible that it always has to come down to money. But it seems like the only way for the families of the deceased to get a little closure out of the whole thing.

AM is suing the estates of the two late pilots that past away, Sarah Lemmon and James Bland, along with Clay Lacy Aviation, Inter Travel & Services Inc, Global Exec Aviation, Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co, and Learjet.
In the lawsuit filed in the Los Angeles County Superior Court on Tuesday Adam Goldstein accuses the two dead pilots of deciding "to abort and/or reject the take-off in a negligent manner" while allegedly being aware that the tires had blown causing the jet to explode into flames.
So what does AM want out of the lawsuit? He is seeking compensation for pain and suffering, property damage, lost earnings, past and future medical and health-related expenses, and punitive damages, reports TMZ.
If you guys recall Travis Barker filed a very similar lawsuit in November 2008.
