It was a busy day at the hospitals today. Two celebrity births in one day!

Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott welcomed a baby girl this afternoon. This is the couples second child. They named their baby girl Stella Doreen McDermott. Her little girl weighs 6 lbs., 8 oz. and was born via C-section.

Congrats to the happy couple! OK! magazine was the first to report the birth.

stella is a beautiful baby girl and liam is a handsom little boy bot are adorable and is fitting because they have gorgeous parents. i dont believe that tori had a c section so she could have a tummy tuck afterwards if you watched the show in the episode she gives birth the last thing she is concerned about is her tummy she looked in the delivery room as well as on the red ( pink ) carpet shame on you for turing her beautiful birth of her daughter into a cosmetic thing its not the case and tori dean and kids i am so sorry for the loss of mimi la rue she was a doll she will be greatly missed especially by her gays hehe good luck in your future endevours

Most women that have a c-section first will usually have to have them in the future. She had an emergency c-section with Liam!! Check your facts before you make stupid comments about being a celebrity and not expecting more from her. She's a great actress as well!!
