Looks like Tori Spelling's dreams of having a baby girl are about to come true. Tori literally just found out the good news within the last 24 hours. Talk about hot off the press!
She says, "I just found out at my ultrasound, and we are so excited. We already have a little man, and now we can have our little girl. I can't wait to get her tons of pink stuff."
