Recession? What Recession? Candy Spelling just coughed up $47 million dollars for an ultra luxury two-story condo in Century City.
The 16,500 square-foot condo, which won't be ready for another year, boasts "a massage room, an exercise room, staff quarters, a dining room for 25 guests, a 4,000-square-foot master bedroom suite and a conservatory with a rose garden, as well as a swimming pool and deck," reports Us Weekly.
