Several sources swear they're not an item anymore, while friends of Jess say they break up all the time and then get back together, so they're just on one of their breaks. That's not the best pattern to have while in a relationship, but whatever works. If we were Tony, we'd probably need breaks too.
But now sources are saying that Tony had an intimate affair planned for a few weeks from now, where he was planning on proposing! Maybe he just got cold feet?
