Newsweek has named Will Smith the most
powerful actor on the planet. Smith beat his buddy Tom
Cruise and even Tom Hanks.
How did Newsweek come up with the list? They spoke to
studio chiefs and film producers anonymously.
The reason Smith was chosen was because of his huge
box office success and his ability to reach out to any
genre. The guy could be serious, funny, goofy, old,
young. Name it Smith can conquer it!
Coming in at #2 was Johnny Depp followed by Ben
Stiller, Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise at the #5 spot.
