Tom's Kids Shipped Off To Scientology Camp

TomKat

What happens to you when you have Tom Cruise as a dad? You are forced into a religion/cult called Scientology. Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes have been seen all over Europe with their little Suri but noticeably absent has been Tom’s other two children Isabella and Connor. They are not with their mother either who is in Australia filming a movie.

So where are the kids? The two are reportedly at camp run by none other than the Church of Scientology.

The summer camp is part of the Scientology’s ‘get them while they’re young’ campaign,” a source who attended the camp told Star Magazine. “While they will be enjoying horseback riding, swimming and all kinds of fun activities, some of their day is devoted to Scientology coursework.”

Gotta get them while their young Tom! But then again, Tom seems like the type of man that would cut his kids off if they weren’t Scientologists. Hey, let's just say he is a really dedicated to his religion/cult.

he will cut them off and probably have them wiped out of the face of the planet. I dont think they would ever say no to scientology. they got so much riding on it. Fuck i would be a scientologist too if i was set to make a bunch of bucks

Scientology is a cult, nothing "religious" about it. The Scriptures warn us of false religions and false prophets. And Tom Cruise is a false prophet. I can't wait for the "Mommy Dearest" books that are going to come out of both those kids in about 10 years.

"the scriptures" aren't a good source for anything but fable. check out xenu.net for the truth about the cult of $cientology

There is no such thing as a "Scientology camp". Don't be a moron. And: "Tom seems like the ..."? You act like you know him, when you don't. Again, don't be such a moron.

Hey A, YOU'RE the moron. Not only does $cientology have summer camps for kids, it has also infiltrated summer camps in Israel. Google these words: Scientology summer camp

Poor kids...poor little Suri...

I love how people don't even bother doing research anymore, they just publish whatever is popular. Star magazine is one step above World News Weekly (popular for their "bat-boy found in cave" articles). If only religious intolerants like yourself should stop assuming they know what type of a person someone is based off -- what? Movies you've seen him star in? I've got news for you, Cruise isn't actually his characters. How much time have you ever spent with the man to judge his personality? You don't have any motive at all to judge him, and that tells US little about him, and a LOT about YOU.

Bing, do us all a favor and do a little research of your own. Start with $cientology. There's a great site called xenu.net and a ton of other sources for you.

I don't like this lack of respect! It is not OK! Are you Jewish? If so, how would you like someone to tell you you are educating your children in your Jewish religion/cult? Or if you are a Catholic, how would you like if someone told you that you were forcing your children into a Christian religion/cult? STOP BIGOTRY AND RACISM!!!! Everyone has the right to choose his religion freely and that is a basic Human Right and it has to be respected.

I was at the grove on sunday at a sushi restaraunt and Tom's mom was there with the kids sitting next to us, with other family members. So they're in LA.
Posted by: Lily on 08/28/2007 10:13 PM

Oh, sweet outraged Joxe. 1. If you are Jewish or Catholic and forcing your kids into that religion, is that a good thing? 2. In neither case, Jewish or Catholic, is race involved, because both are religions not races. So don't cry "RACISM." 3. If you truly believe everyone has the right to choose, you should apply that belief to children, shouldn't you?
Posted by: Mickey on 08/28/2007 10:14 PM

Joxe Arkaitz -the thing is people arent choosing their religion though - that's the point, It's proven that most people follow their parents view, so it kind of isn't a choice. Luckily my parents didnt force any religion on me and I can freely make up my mind what I believe in, as I havent been told what is good and what is bad, some people don't get that choice. As for scientology, I havent got a clue about it, might do some reading about it. I have read stories in magazines, but don't know how accurate they are, and too bad for his kids - going to a camp where they have to do coursework - that must really suck - the point of the summer holidays is to have a break from school and school work!!

As a parent, it's your job to see to the spiritual stewardship of your children. If you're not, you're slacking. I agree with Joxe, millions of kids attend *religious* camps each year, and we're not persecuting them. Xenu.net was created by just as big a fanatic as the church of Scientology. Whatever. Bigots.

You end your comment with bullshit, TWJD. You say the creator of xenu.net is "just as big a fanatic as the church of Scientology". No idea where you get that idea from. And more importantly, is the website ripping people off the way $cientology is? Does it charge big bucks for "counselling" based on sham "science." No it does not. Idiot.

Scientology is not a religion. It's a hack attempt at bad psychotherapy, and has more in common with organized crime than organized religion. You can tell the scientologists commenting here because they call people racist or bigots.

read the constition people everyone has a right to their own religion that's what this county was founded on.religious freedom and freedom from persecution and ridicule. aparantly these people don't realize the constitution protects their rights to be a catholic jew methodist etc. etc. as well as be a scientologist. what's the problem? this is supposed to be a free county. That's what makes us great.

see citizens commision on human rights please! you have the right to choose despite anyone else's opinion. This is the home of the free and the brave! What happened, we get invaded by and new religion? christianity was new to the roman emperor too, see what happens, people die from stupidity and prejudice. stop the madness!
Posted by: des on 08/29/2007 02:55 PM

Scientology is NOT a religion. It is a money making enterprise. There are published documents from L.Ron Hubbard talking about taking the religion to the "Religious Anngle" They were in a battle with the IRS for years before they dug up enough dirt on the panel to backmail them into the religious tax exemption. That is the only reason they started calling it a religion. That and they kept on getting shut down for practicing medicine without a license. Look at www.xenu.net and www.scientology.org and figure it out for yourself.

poor deluded des: Freedom of religion doesn't mean freedom from ridicule. I respect your right to hold a belief, but I don't have to respect your beliefs. That's especially true with someone who makes such stupid comments.
Posted by: Mickey on 08/29/2007 06:27 PM

Oh, and des: I'm glad to see you agree that little Suri should have a right to choose and not be pushed into his whacko dad's whacko "religion." Now go back to your old psychiatrist and get a prescription, pronto.
Posted by: Mickey on 08/29/2007 06:29 PM

Hey Des, I've never read this "constition" you're referring to, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't apply to the "county" I live in. You should clear up those misunderstoods before posting your comments.

delphian.org is probably what they're referring to in this so-called "article".
