Tom Cruise Breaks His Silence

TomKat

Everyone's favorite crazy actor Tom Cruise has been getting a lot of heat since he signed on for his upcoming Nazi movie, Valkyrie. Now the former couch jumper is finally breaking his silence and had this to say to his critics:

Cruise told Bunte Magazine, "All I can say is, 'Save your comments until you see the movie.' I want to think positive and concentrate on the film. I carry a great responsibility to the Germans, for whom a man like [Colonel Claus Graf Schenk von] Stauffenberg means so much."

"And I feel this responsibility to the man himself. The more I learn about him, the greater my respect and my admiration of him. Intuitively I saw a similarity in the profile of this man with myself. Naturally that's something that makes an actor curious. We wanted the inner truth, so to speak, and location helps with that."

Would you guys watch the movie? Do any of you even still like Tom? I would rather spend $10 for a chick flick then a Tom Cruise movie--but that's just me.

Tom Cruise is NOT a doctor
No, Tom will not see any money from me or anyone that I can think of. He forgot somewhere along the way that he is JUST an actor and not a medical doctor. His politics are better for all of us if he would have just left them at home. And he thinks he identifies with a man who worked to defeat the Nazi's????? He's confused. He needs to identify with Hitler, considering his cult does just as evil in the world.

I can spend my $10 on something else. I used to like Tom, but the last couple of years of antics has turned me off. I think alot of people are turned off by him now and the boxoffice will prove it.

it depends. I don't care about Tom, but the rest of the cast sounds good and Singer is a great director. if the reviews are positive, I might check it out.

You know, people like brenda and Jason really gotta do better than cry "hater" and "bigot." The first term is childish ("You're just jealous"), she second is pathetic. Try defending Cruise's A-hole Today Show rudeness, why don't you? Myself, I can't stand Cruise and won't pay to see the movie.

I like him, reading around, you get a glimpse of what goes into acting a part like Tom is doing. There's a lot more to acting than I realized.

I will never again waste my money on a Tom Cruise movie. Tom's personality and opinions are total turn-offs.

I just would not pay to see anything Tom Cruise is in. I worked for the man and his family for a few months and he is the biggest narcissist I have ever met. everything is manipulated and staged, everything. he's all about power and money. the pretense of an amerrican actor gone mad.

I plan on seeing this movie. Tom Cruise is a terrific actor, no matter how weird or arrogant he may be.

Certainl, te paradoxal side of the Cruise's cut is visible in what he says: while scientology can be compared to nazism by its totalitarian ways, Cruise says he admiresthe guy who tried to kill Hitler, nazism's Great Guru.

I've seen all of Cruise movie and never dissapointed; he's the most successful actor in the world and show a great stability in his life and work.We will never heard of Tom in rehab, driving drunk or under influence and he's a great dad. Most of people on earth watch his movies because he's terrific and has a huge charisma, plus he's gorgeous. I think you are a bunch of crazy lunatics spending your money on tabloids. Your choice, your lost. Not mine.

There is still enough people in the world who have enjoyed Tom Cruise's movies in the past who are willing to pay for a ticket to continue enjoying his movies. So despite haters (we hate haters, by the way) Tom Cruise will continue with his highly successfull career and his movies will continue making it big. By the way, I've read MI3 didn't make it. Well, it made over $400 millions worldwide - if that's not a blockbuster you tell me what it is...

I sometimes read how people judge Tom Cruise's personality way too easily when they don't know him at all. They may know the roles he's played in his movies, but they don't know how he is personally. Actually all those writtings speak loud about the writter, not about Cruise.

We're making it a company day out, and taking all the staff to see it. As far as how many people will go to see it overall, I'm sure their marketing director will do his job. Besides, they'll have no problem making their money back at the very minimum, I'm sure.
