Tom Cruise Has Too Much Money

How do you know when you have too much money? When you can fly 2500 miles just to walk your wife to work.

Tom Cruise took a red eye flight (on his private jet of course) from LA to NYC just to walk Katie Holmes to rehearsals.

A source tells OK! magazine, "Some construction workers asked for a picture, but Tom politely said, 'Sorry guys, I can't stop. I'm walking my wife to work. She's got rehearsals to get to.'"

It's a cute gesture and all, but it isn't exactly an eco-friendly one. We're sure a phone call in the morning would have been just fine.
