In the throes of the Olympics, we’re all caught up in the Michael Phelps and Ryan Lochte drama, forgetting the other sports golden boy…Tim Tebow!
Just to remind you what the Olympics are missing, here’s a video of Tim Tebow running in slow motion. Shirtless. In the rain.
Check out this Baywatch-esque YouTube video, it’s like the skies parted and God personally hand delivered this video on behalf of women everywhere.
But in all seriousness, this is the greatest/silliest video I’ve ever seen. Whoever filmed this was spying on a New York Jets practice when Tim finished his game and started running to get out of the rain. Clearly, his jersey was getting in the way and just HAD to be discarded.
Wet T-shirt contest? Not for this God fearing man!
The New York Jets linebacker Bart Scott jokingly told ESPN, “Maybe it was holy water.”
When Tebow heard that his shirtless escapade was aired on ESPN, he told USA Today, “It was funny. A few guys gave me a hard time, but honestly I don’t think anybody knew until they saw it that night on ESPN…My shirt felt like 20 pounds because we have been in the rain and then I was signing autographs for like 20 or 30 minutes. I didn’t really think you all would be filming it and taking pictures.”
Awww, Tim Tebow doesn’t know he’s hot. That’s adorable.
