Tiger Woods to Play in Tournament Next Month

Tiger Woods is ready for his big comeback! As Hollyscoop previously reported, the golfer was rumored to be planning his return to the game while he was in sex rehab in Mississippi.

And now it seems he’s picked which tournament to be a part of. Sources tell TMZ that Tiger plans on playing in the Tavistock Cup in Florida, which is a contest between the pros at Isleworth Golf & Country Club and the nearby Lake Nona Golf & Country Club.

The tournament takes place March 22nd and 23rd, and insiders say Tiger is using the contest as a practice run for The Masters, which he plans on playing in as well.

Guess there’s no better time than the present to jump back in! One thing is for sure—that first tournament is going to have a lot of spectators—whether they’re booing or cheering is the big question!

Elin Nordegren knows that Tiger Woods’ issues are very serious and that only time will tell if he is truly committed to change. It has been reported in Europe that Elin may still love Tiger Woods and that she has agreed to give Tiger Woods six months to prove himself. Elin is putting the divorce plans on hold for now. Elin knows well that she has a responsibility to herself and her children and that their life is too precious to spend it with someone that may not be worth it. I applaud Elin’s decision and wish her the best. Keep strong Elin, you are a true woman!
