Tiger Woods To Break His Silence and Apologize this Friday

Tiger is ready to leave the woods. He will reportedly apologize for his behavior, and discuss his past and plans for the future, at a meeting in Florida this Friday, February 19th.

"Tiger Woods will be speaking to a small group of friends, colleagues and close associates … at the TPC Sawgrass Clubhouse in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida," says the statement from his agent, Mark Steinberg, and his spokesman, Glenn Greenspan.

"Tiger plans to discuss his past and his future and he plans to apologize for his behavior."

“Tiger feels as though It’s time to make amends and to publicly do that,” the agent said. “This has all come together quite quickly.”

When asked if Tiger will discuss when he plans to return to golf, Steinberg said “it’s probably just best that you be there.”

Unfortunately, no questions or video cameras will be allowed at the meeting and Tiger will be reading a prepared statement. But hey its better than nothing, right?
